Anti-Corruption Policy

We Provide PLT / We Provide Digital takes a firm stand to forbid any kinds of corruption of our employees and/or receive/provide any kinds of bribes or commissions in dealings with civil servants/ government officials or individuals in the private sector. We Provide PLT firmly believes that corruption has damaging impact on society, as it promotes inequality in competitions, silent yet destructive criminal acts, misappropriation of public trusts and it hinders societies and individuals from reaching their full potential. Corruption has been known to be one of the leading obstacles to economic and social development worldwide. As such, We Provide PLT as a company and a brand is fully committed to anti-corruption and anti-bribery on every level of our dealings. We Provide PLT pledges to have always make business decisions that are ethical and in compliance with applicable legal requirements. We Provide PLT encourages the use of good judgment, discretion, and moderation when giving or accepting gifts or entertainment in business settings, and all that are given or received must be in compliance with the law.

CANVASSING, GIFTS, INDUCEMENTS AND REWARDS

1) Both Parties shall not under any circumstances offer, promise or make any gift, payment, loan, reward, inducement, benefit, or other advantages to the other Party’s employees, members of the Board of Directors, representatives and agents. Such an act is a criminal offence under Malaysian Law and shall entitle, but not oblige, either Party, without liability and without prejudice to either Party’s other rights and remedies to terminate this Agreement forthwith.

2) The Parties hereby declare that they are aware of the practice wherein persons and companies may take advantage of the position or office that they are in or the information that they are in possession of for purposes of obtaining for themselves any illicit gratification, reward, benefit or advantage. Both Parties recognise that such practice is in violation of either Parties policies and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and hereby warrants and undertakes not to utilize any such information or assistance offered by such persons or companies or allow the existence or the continuation of such practice for purposes of this Agreement.

Whistleblower Policy

We Provide PLT  willing committed to a high degree of integrity, transparency and good governance in the conduct of its operations. In view of this, the Whistle blower Policy has been established to encourage and provide an avenue for a whistle blower to raise concerns of any wrongdoings without fear of reprisals.

Types of Wrongdoings

A whistle-blower can report a complaint if he/she is aware of any wrongdoings, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Criminal offences like corruption, bribery, fraud;
  • Intentional misrepresentations, misstatements, omissions, directly or indirectly affecting financial statements; or
  • Improper conduct or unethical behaviours; or
  • Attempts to conceal any of the above.

Confidentiality

We Provide PLT will treat disclosures made under the Whistle blower Policy in a confidential and sensitive manner. We Provide PLT shall take reasonable steps to keep confidential the identity of the whistle-blowers so long it does not hinder or frustrate any investigation. However, the identity of the whistle-blowers may need to be revealed under the provisions of law.

Should the whistle-blower disclose his/her own identity, We Provide PLT will no longer be obligated to maintain such confidentiality.

III. Acting in Good Faith
To ensure credibility and avoid disclosures which are malicious, frivolous and/or vexatious, the whistle-blower is required to put his/her identity to any disclosures made and shall ensure that the disclosure is based on facts and evidence.
